Panchronos, developed by Bruno Romero González, is a pipeline designed for microbial phylogenetic reconstruction based on pangenome alignment. It provides an end-to-end workflow, with particular emphasis on handling low-quality and fragmented data, as commonly encountered in ancient DNA studies.
